We will give you a full refund as long as:

• If you are not happy with your item please contact us regarding any issue with the product including a full description of why you wish to return the item. Any faulty items must have a full description of what the fault is.

• Once we receive the unused product, (this item will need to be returned within 30 days) we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges.
• Please package up securely and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.
